You must be connected to the Internet for this Easter Egg to work. Follow these steps:
1. Open an Internet Explorer window
2. Click on 'Help->About' to display the pop-up dialog box
3. Left-click on the 'Acknowledgments' link at the bottom
4. You'll be directed to the Microsoft Internet Explorer
thank you page, then a new browser pop-up will open
showing a Macromedia Flash animation
